About Katsu
Katsu is a leader in McKinsey's Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Marketing & Sales, and Corporate Finance practices in Japan. He works with Japanese and global oil, natural gas, and chemicals players to improve ROS through enhanced marketing and sales performance. His experience in marketing and sales has helped companies improve performance through pilot projects in multiple business units, build on existing capabilities, and achieve full transparency in frontline activities.
He has also worked with industry-leading oil, gas, and chemicals companies to transform corporate functions and organizations from a strategic viewpoint, manage cross-border acquisitions, and build company-wide M&A and alliance capabilities. Katsu has also led due-diligence activities for PE firms exploring chemical industry acquisitions.
