About Dmitri
Dmitri is a leader of our Advanced Industries Practice as well as the Operation Practice’s Purchasing group. He also is a core member of the Product Development group that advises clients on a range of R&D topics, including design-to-value.
His recent clients included both multinational and domestic clients in the automotive, advanced electronics, and consumer-electronics sectors. He has assisted clients in multiple Asian countries, including Japan, China, Singapore, Indonesia, and Australia. Most recently, he led several strategic supply-chain efforts, helping clients optimize their purchasing capability and streamline procurement operations.
Dmitri is an expert in developing and implementing the capabilities and processes essential to design-to-value strategies, an area where he contributes extensively to McKinsey’s internal knowledge capital.
