About Alok

Alok Kshirsagar is a director at McKinsey who has worked in our New York, London, and Mumbai offices. He continues to lead client service to several major global companies located across Asia, Europe, and North America.

Alok leads McKinsey's Risk Practice in Asia. He has also led the McKinsey Asia Center—a special initiative to help companies create value from globalisation to and from Asia.

He is president of the National Association for the Blind in Karnataka. He served on the board of PRS Legislative Research and is on the next-generation-leaders board of the Indian School of Business. The World Economic Forum named him a “Young Global Leader” in recognition of his commitment to international business and public policy.

Alok was a National Merit Scholar at St. Xavier’s College in Mumbai and an Inlaks Scholar at the University of Oxford.
