Winter Internship Program

Our 3-week Winter Internship Program is open to students in their third year of study. Interns work as integral members of our teams, experiencing McKinsey life firsthand.

Business Analyst Program

People with bachelor’s degrees join McKinsey as business analysts. Some stay for 2 or 3 years before attending business school or gaining further work experience. Others are invited to stay at McKinsey and move directly into an associate role.

Junior Associate and Associate

Junior associates and associates lead a key portion of a McKinsey engagement, combining technical and analytical excellence to help solve their piece of the overall client puzzle. They work directly with senior client leaders to implement change. These roles are suitable for experienced professionals with between 2 to 8 years solid work experience, and students currently studying towards a doctorate (PhD), law (LLB), medical (MD), non-business master’s degree, or MBA.

McKinsey Leadership Programme

McKinsey’s Johannesburg office is accelerating the leadership capability of black South African professionals through the McKinsey Leadership Programme.
