In telecommunications, José has worked with a key international operator to define its entry strategy for Angola and build its operations in the country.
Outside of McKinsey, José is deeply involved in efforts to strengthen business education and its societal impact. He has helped drive a 5-year transformation program for a business school, including building a partnership between the school and the city in which it is located.
