Why McKinsey
McKinsey Luanda appealed to me for two main reasons. First, it meant an opportunity to learn and grow as a person and as a business professional. Second, as an Angolan, I knew McKinsey's impact would be even greater than usual because Angola is so vibrant.
True client impact
Before joining McKinsey, I carried this notion that our work was quite challenging and rewarding. Now that I'm closing my first engagement, I’m certain I will never forget how I implemented a whole new operating model and helped set up commercial sales teams for an important client.
