A leader in our Marketing & Sales Practice, Ben advises companies on how they can achieve above-market growth. Ben focusses on marketing & sales transformations across various industries including telecom, banking, and B2B and brings deep expertise in capability building and operating model redesign. In broader commercial transformations, he recently helped a prominent telecom provider and a leading distributor to achieve significant performance uplifts in a rapid time frame.

- Leading margin expansion work in both transactional and large contract environments, establishing repeatable improvement approaches and coaching internal change agents
- Conducting sales transformations of large distributed sales forces, with a focus on capability building

As a New Zealander living in Australia, Ben is passionate about increasing the connections between both countries. He specialises in working with companies with operations on both sides of the Tasman. In addition, he supported and presented at the 2015 Australia New Zealand Leadership Forum on increasing both these nations’ connections with the world.
