Felix is a senior partner in McKinsey’s Zurich office. He leads our CFO work in Europe, which involves capital market analysis, performance management, and the finance organization, and he co-leads our Private Banking Practice.
Felix has advised leading banks in Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, and Scandinavia and he has also assisted top European investment banks. He is a regular keynote speaker at banking conferences and has published a number of articles on valuation, financial management, and CFO topics.
Outside the banking industry, Felix has undertaken many projects for basic materials and industrial companies, including a value-based management and portfolio strategy for a leading global chemicals company and a financial risk management and project evaluation methodology for a major basic materials producer. In addition, he has deep expertise in mergers and acquisitions, having worked on some 30 M&A projects in the banking, pharma, chemicals, and industrial sectors.
