Oscar is a partner in McKinsey’s Sweden office, based in Gothenburg. He has a deep passion for serving clients in the healthcare and public sectors in Sweden and across Europe.
Outside of his client work, Oscar is a key driver in Forum För Välfärd (Forum for Healthcare Development), a platform that combines healthcare, academia, business, and government to drive deepened dialogue and develop concrete proposals for lasting improvements in healthcare. He also serves on the board of one of Sweden’s leading independent schools.
Oscar joined McKinsey’s London office in 2004 as an experienced hire. Prior to joining McKinsey, he worked at OSI Industries as a senior manager for business systems, focusing on transformation of portfolio companies.
