Jean-Baptiste Pelletier is a senior partner. He is a leader of the firm’s Operations Practice worldwide, with an emphasis on performance transformation of global leaders in process industries—particularly the pharmaceutical, chemical, and agricultural-food sectors. He leads the operations activities for the pharmaceutical industry worldwide.
He works primarily on operating transformations—procurement, production, purchasing, and supply chain issues—and digital transformations.
Over the last eight years, Jean-Baptiste has led the Lyon office, where he accelerated its development and increased its workforce to 80 professionals.
Prior to joining McKinsey, Jean-Baptiste spent five years in operating management roles in the industry.
Jean-Baptiste Pelletier is a graduate of Mines ParisTech.
