His recent projects have supported consumer goods and services companies, and retailers during transformations, including vision development, multiyear cost and operations transformations, growth-strategy development, and organizational mind-set changes. Naoyuki has also led multiyear operations-transformation initiatives at a variety of Japanese firms in procurement, supply chain management, manufacturing-footprint redesign, productivity improvement, and R&D/product development. He has contributed his supply chain expertise to serving manufacturing companies across Asia.

He has also led a joint venture between the operations-transformation and consumer sectors across a range of topics, including procurement, supply chain, product development, and more to consumer goods and services companies across Asia.
