Naoyuki serves consumer goods and services companies, and retailers in a diverse array of sectors, including food, beverage, beauty, and manufacturing. He focuses on strategy development, operations transformations, and supply chain management.
His recent projects have supported consumer goods and services companies, and retailers during transformations, including vision development, multiyear cost and operations transformations, growth-strategy development, and organizational mind-set changes. Naoyuki has also led multiyear operations-transformation initiatives at a variety of Japanese firms in procurement, supply chain management, manufacturing-footprint redesign, productivity improvement, and R&D/product development. He has contributed his supply chain expertise to serving manufacturing companies across Asia.
He has also led a joint venture between the operations-transformation and consumer sectors across a range of topics, including procurement, supply chain, product development, and more to consumer goods and services companies across Asia.
