McKinsey India

McKinsey in India

McKinsey was the first global consulting firm to open its doors in India, over 20 years ago. Today we work with most of the country’s largest companies—and have helped several of them become global champions. We partner with government leaders, working to drive growth in the Indian subcontinent, raise living standards, and strengthen education and health. We also develop an unequalled amount of high quality knowledge, data, and analytics, on both global and Asia-specific topics, supported by India-based experts in the McKinsey Global Institute.

Our alumni hold senior roles across business and government—and we are passionate about building India’s future leaders. We recruit the best talent from India’s top schools, invest heavily in their development, and put a major focus on building our clients’ capabilities.
