How do I report a technical issue related to mckinsey.com?
Why haven't I received any e-mails regarding McKinsey publications for a while?
We are sorry you have not been receiving our e-mails. This may be the result of spam filter settings on your computer or company network. Please e-mail us at info@support.mckinsey.com and we will attempt to identify the cause.
If your Internet provider filters incoming e-mail, please add mckinsey.com to your list of approved senders to ensure that you receive our e-mail newsletters and alerts.
Why can't I download a PDF?
Please note that only registered users can download PDFs. In order to view PDF files, you must have Adobe Reader installed on your computer. To obtain a copy of this software, please visit the Adobe Web site.
Why won't mckinsey.com videos play on my iPad or iPhone?
Many of our videos and interactive graphics were created using Flash, a widely used but proprietary software format developed by Adobe. Because Apple iPads and iPhones do not support Flash, you may not be able to view our multimedia on these devices. Going forward, we are committed to creating videos and interactive graphics in formats that work across all major devices. We are also developing an iPad app for release later in 2013.
Why did I get a security warning when I tried to log in or register?
Some users of the Safari Web browser have reported receiving the warning "Safari can't verify the identity of the Web site" when they attempt to log in or register. This is a known issue with the Safari browser and is not a security risk. If you see this error, you can take either of two actions:
- Click "Continue" to ignore this false warning and proceed with your log in or registration.
- Log in with a different Web browser.
