What We Look For - Our Commitment to Exceptional People

We offer opportunities to experienced and exceptional professionals at several career stages.

You should demonstrate outstanding analytical and conceptual skills, initiative, creativity, and the ability to enjoy working alone and in a team. Your qualifications must include an excellent academic record, and an ability to speak and write English fluently. We look for five main qualities in all candidates. We test these dimensions in our interview process:

  • Operations Expertise. You should offer achievements and several years of experience in areas such as lean manufacturing, product development, supply and logistics, procurement, sales transformation, or total-cost-of-ownership. You should demonstrate a passion for tackling operational challenges and the willingness to develop and share operations knowledge.
  • Problem-Solving Ability. You should relish and excel at solving problems that require logical reasoning, creative thinking, comfort with numbers, and the untangling of complex systems.
  • Personal Impact. You should be able to show that you have influenced people around you through assertiveness, empathy, open communications, and an aptitude for teamwork.
  • Leadership. You should take initiative frequently and be eager to break new ground, create opportunities for others, and take personal risks.
  • Drive and Achievement. You should have the energy and tenacity needed to get things done.
