Over the past ten years, we have helped clients address pressing global health challenges in more than 20 countries on five continents.
We help our clients address a range of issues facing the global health community today:
Health Organizations
How do we improve the performance of complex health organizations to better serve vulnerable populations, including more effective models for public health leadership? Working with a range of clients, we help design and build organizations—from establishing new models of public-private partnerships to restructuring existing organizations to streamline and enhance their ability to tackle complex issues. We help clients build stronger knowledge-management systems, human capital strategies, and governance models.
Health Systems
How do we improve the performance and design of health systems to best balance cost, quality, and access in a manner that is equitable and sustainable? In the past decade, we have served more than 30 low-, middle- and high-income governments worldwide to help them build and improve their health systems. We help them to fundamentally improve health outcomes through policy and organizational reforms that have increased access to health services and improve quality of care.
Health Conditions
How can we integrate advances in health technologies and improve programs designed to address specific health conditions around the world? The burden of disease continues to grow—from a sharp rise in chronic diseases in developing countries to the ongoing struggle against malaria, tuberculosis, and HIV/AIDS. We work with clients to develop disease-specific strategies to accelerate the introduction and adoption of health technologies, improve frontline delivery and expand access for vulnerable populations.
