About Julie
Julie leads the TMT sector in France where her primary focus is supporting telecom, software, and IT services companies providing B2B services. From a functional perspective Julie has significant experience working with top management to analyze and resolve organization, strategy, and operations issues.
In addition to her McKinsey leadership role, Julie’s recent client contributions involved developing a sales and go-to-market strategy for an IT services firm in Europe and providing due diligence support for companies and private equity firms working in the software and services domain. Julie also guided an operational transformation of an IT services company deploying lean IT and infrastructure in Europe and India.
Working across industries but still tied to high tech, Julie recently worked on strategic and M&A questions in the aerospace and defense industry, helping a manufacturer of military helicopters cross-border M&A processes.
Julie is a frequent contributor to Recall, a publication of the telecom sector.
