About Enrico
Enrico is based in McKinsey’s Beijing office and is a member of the Business Technology Practice's global leadership group for enterprise architecture and technology-enabled operations and ERP. Recently he has worked with clients on many business technology issues including enabling Global Operating Models through ERP, multichannel customer centricity and global integration of IT systems.
Recent work includes:
- Defined the Lead To Cash improvement program for a Leading Chinese Telecom Equipment provider, including definition of new organization, processes, governance and technology systems.
- Defined the China SMB strategy for a leading global software provider, including definition of customer behaviours, segmentation, product tailoring and channel management.
- Worked with the Chinese government to define the country IT off-shoring and outsourcing outlook and strategy, resulting in a published white paper.
- Leading a multinational high tech company in the global roll out of their SAP/CRM and other IT solutions platform. Supported the client from the definition of the target Global Operating Model to functional requirements, to the definition of the required SAP solution to the planning and management of the deployments, including the management of external Integrators and definition of the future IT organization.
- Managed the business processes and IT systems global integration of leading logistics provider, resulting from a mega merge. Supported the selection of the target platform, definition of the migration strategy and interim procedures, assisted the PMO in managing the complete program, across more than 30 countries.
Prior to joining McKinsey Enrico worked with several other consulting firms managing large change programs connected to new IT system implementations.
