About Dominik
Dominik is a leader in our Semiconductors Practice in the Americas. With deep expertise in advanced electronics, semiconductors, and telecommunications, he most often advises clients on topics related to strategy and operations, including product development and R&D optimization. He works with clients across the value chain, such as component makers, original-equipment manufacturers, and wireless-telecom players.
Examples of his recent client work include the following:
- helping a wireless semiconductor company with a program to improve R&D
- supporting a semiconductor manufacturer with operations in Asia, Europe, and North America on a comprehensive operational-improvement program
- advising a semiconductor manufacturer on its corporate strategy and organization
- working with a major retailer to develop an LED purchasing strategy
- supporting the global benchmarking of LED manufacturing operations
- helping a mobile operator assess its product portfolio and improve its product-development processes.
Dominik earned a master’s degree in computer science from the University of Cambridge. He relocated to Silicon Valley in 2012 after spending a number of years in Munich and Cologne.
