About Lorenzo
Lorenzo is a leader in our European Retail Practice and directs the Merchandizing group. He has developed deep expertise in the grocery category and is passionate about all aspects of the business of food, whether manufacture, transport, or sales. He works with food manufacturers and grocery retailers on strategy, supply chain management, and core process redesign. He also works with leading retailers on category management and logistics.
Recently, Lorenzo helped several food manufacturers reinvigorate their businesses, including supply chain benchmarking and optimization, salesforce review and redeployment, and sales-system redesign. Lorenzo has also served fixed and mobile telecommunications operators on a number of strategic topics.
