About Palash
Based in Delhi, Palash is a leader of our Pharmaceuticals and Medical Products Practice in Asia, with a special focus on generics. He serves both local and multinational companies on growth initiatives, business development and corporate and business unit strategy. Recent examples of his work include developing an emerging markets strategy for a global leader in medical products, specifically focusing on China and India; helping to redefine product strategy and reorganise the marketing organisation of a global pharmaceutical companies India business; building an inorganic growth strategy for an Indian healthcare company, focusing on acquisition opportunities in other emerging markets. Palash has also helped lead substantial post-merger management, operations improvement and leadership development projects.
