About Martin
Martin leads the global Pharmaceutical Operations Practice and co-leads the European Supply Chain Management Practice, advising pharmaceutical and chemical companies as well as hospitals. Based in Stuttgart, Martin helps his clients develop long-term operational strategies, redesign and improve their supply chains, increase manufacturing productivity in their plants, and address operational issues across the value chain.
Martin also led the development of POBOS, an innovative industry-wide benchmarking service for pharmaceutical-manufacturing productivity.
