About Gökhan
Gökhan is a partner in the Istanbul office. He had been based in the US for more than 8 years.
His client activities are concentrated in the emerging market pharmaceutical and medical devices industries with projects covering a broad range of issues including business development, growth strategy, commercial excellence programs and post-merger management.
Recent projects have included: a global business development project for a leading multi-national corporation (MNC); multiple engagements with MNCs in Eastern Europe and the Middle East focusing on commercial operations and go-to-market models; a commercial excellence project for a large regional generics company in Turkey and Romania; a large scale mergers and acquisitions deal target scan; a distribution, pricing and sales force turnaround project for a medical nutrition company; and a growth strategy for a leading pharmaceutical company in India.
