About Ajay
With a background in computer science and a PhD in biochemistry, Ajay leads our work with pharmaceutical and medical products companies on R&D. He has helped leading healthcare companies across North America, Europe, and Asia increase R&D productivity by applying rigorous discipline, performance management and creativity. Ajay has also worked closely with clients to forge value-creating mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures, including management of large post-merger integrations. He has helped clients drive growth in emerging markets, create corporate and business-unit strategies, assess technologies, and achieve step-change improvements in pricing and sales-force effectiveness.
