About Guido
Guido Frisiani is a leader of the Media and Telecom practices in Europe. Based in Milan, his recent work includes assisting a large European television broadcaster as it took on a broad range of challenges, from defining a new three-year strategic plan to turning around its product-innovation and editorial process and redesigning the entire organization. He also assisted a leading European publisher in developing and launching an online strategy, an effort that dramatically increased its advertising sales effectiveness.
Another recent initiative found Guido helping a Western European integrated telecom operator address a broad range of key challenges. These included the development of an integrated five-year business plan, the launch of local-loop-unbundling services, a redesign of its DSL provisioning process, and the development of a new sales and distribution strategy for broadband. Guido also recently supported a leading Western European mobile operator as it assessed growth opportunities in the broadband space, developed and launched channel partnerships, and created a 2G/3G business plan.
