About Roxane
Roxane Divol’s cross-cultural experiences have helped her successfully work with chief marketing and strategy officers to respond to a global and complex marketing environment.
Having joined McKinsey’s Paris Office in 1996, Roxane now leads the firm's Marketing & Sales Practice on the US West Coast, where she focuses primarily on high-tech companies. Her client experience includes the redesign of a global high-tech company’s organizational structure and helping a leading nonprofit optimize its sustainability program.
She sits on the board of the International Museum of Women in San Francisco and advises many other not-for-profit organizations. She is a mentor for the TED Senior Fellows Program and an active volunteer at the Lycée Français La Pérouse, where two of her children go to school. Roxane holds dual French and Colombian citizenship.
