About Jay

Jay, leader of McKinsey's North American Wireless group and Pricing service line, serves, serves consumer electronics, wireless and media companies. In the fast-changing world of wireless, Jay has built and maintained longstanding client relationships with leaders in major organizations.

Recently Jay helped a Latin America media company negotiate a strategic investment and MVNO agreement with an incumbent wireless operator. Similarly, Jay developed an entry strategy for a new wireless company in Canada. Jay has helped cable operators and consumer electronics manufacturers understand and prepare strategies to succeed with IPTV. He has also worked with global handset players to develop mobile content and enterprise strategies.

Jay has been an active speaker at industry conferences on a range of technology topics, most recently the challenges of capturing value from intellectual-property investments.
