About Ewan
A location leader for the Seattle Office, Ewan is also a leader of McKinsey’s North American Consumer Tech, Telecom, and Media groups. He co-leads the firm's knowledge effort on iConsumer, which explores the evolving behavior patterns of digital consumers and Consumer Experience Journeys, which explore the changing nature of how consumers research and buy products.
Ewan has worked with multiple tech and telecom clients, primarily on marketing and sales issues with a focus on call center and retail operations revenue growth through marketing ROI, channel effectiveness and pricing. Prior to joining McKinsey, he specialized in customer insight-based new product and service development and innovation for technology and consumer companies.
He is an active member of the Seattle community and sits on the boards of the Technology Alliance and KEXP.
