About Lisa
Lisa leads our High Tech and Telecom Practices in the Americas. She works with enterprise hardware and software providers, device manufacturers, and telecom service and connectivity companies. She leads McKinsey teams and supports client executives undertaking a range of performance improvement efforts, primarily in the areas of strategy development and sales and marketing.
Lisa splits her time between serving high tech and telecom organizations, and much of her work lies at the intersection of those sectors. Recently, she led the refinement of a business unit strategy for a well-known US computer hardware manufacturer. During the last few years, she directed a sales excellence and channel management improvement effort for a major telecommunications provider, and led a transformation of a telecom company’s go-to-market strategy.
She contributes to several of McKinsey’s knowledge building and research initiatives as well as speaks frequently to external professional organizations. Most recently, she collaborated with colleagues from our Telecom, High Tech, and Health Systems and Services practices on research for emerging healthcare technology ecosystems. She is at the forefront of the firm’s mHealth initiative, speaking and writing for economic development, healthcare, and technology audiences about the complexities of adopting mobile health and telemedicine in emerging markets.
