As a leader in the Telecom practice and in the Global Media and Entertainment practice of McKinsey, Eric advises the top management of leading telecom, internet, media, and entertainment companies in Europe on their most critical business issues.
His 15 years of client work have spanned all major segments, including: mobile and fixed telephony, broadband, broadcasting, TV production, consumer publishing, gaming, internet, cable and satellite distribution, and sports. He works extensively as well for public institutions on a variety of strategic and operational issues.
Eric has conducted several research projects such as “Impact of the Internet on the French economy” in 2011. He is involved in Croissance Plus, the French business association for high growth companies.
