About Bob
Bob Dvorak co-leads McKinsey’s global tech-enabled Marketing & Sales Practice. In two decades at McKinsey, Bob has served companies throughout the high tech sector specializing in manufacturing and supply chain process redesign and technology enablement.
Bob and his teams have worked alongside clients across the globe helping implement redesigned processes and capture new opportunities. He has worked with semiconductor manufacturers to improve pricing processes and has helped communications equipment makers redesign supply chain, new product development, and aftermarket services as well as reduce supply chain costs. He has helped high tech manufacturers redesign global supply chains, and develop country- and regionally-tailored solutions for products ranging from simple make-to-stock through to complex make-to-order.
