About Brandon

Brandon leads our healthcare work in North America on lean operations and large-scale performance transformations. His other areas of expertise include infrastructure development, service operations, capability building, and customer/patient experience.

In recent years, Brandon has helped numerous healthcare clients on a range of operational issues. For example, he has helped hospitals reduce wait times in their emergency rooms, improve the efficiency of patient discharges, and use better supply chain management to control costs. He has also enabled medical insurers to increase sales and lower their administrative spending by improving the efficiency of their shared services. And he has helped ancillary healthcare service providers optimize their network configurations and increase productivity.

Before joining McKinsey, Brandon worked as a mechanical engineer, specializing in lean manufacturing and product development. He now uses this expertise to help clients increase their efficiency, reduce variability, improve quality, and lower costs.
