About Søren
Søren leads our work on operations for consumer packaged goods and retail companies globally. He also coordinates our work on operations across all industries in EMEA. Based in Copenhagen, he serves clients throughout the world.
In his almost 20 years with McKinsey, Søren has developed deep operational expertise in consumer industries. He engages with consumer goods clients on operational challenges that include supply chain management, lean operations (throughout the entire enterprise), design-to-value, complexity management, purchasing, and innovation/launch. Søren also works on strategic topics such as corporate strategy, commercial transformation, IT, and M&A.
Søren holds an engineering degree from the Danish Technical University and an economics degree from Copenhagen Business School. He is also a Captain in the Danish Army, where he has served on an international mission to former Yugoslavia. He speaks all Scandanavian languages, English, German, and French.
