About Jens
Jens leads our work and knowledge development on customer management in Europe. He is also a leader of our global Pricing work. Based in Munich, Jens serves international manufacturers of fast-moving consumer goods, consumer electronics, and consumer durables. Trade and marketing spend optimization is one of his core areas of expertise in these industries.
Working all over Europe, Jens is as a trusted advisor to consumer companies on all commercial topics. Recent examples of his work include the development of a performance-based pricing and trade terms system for a global beverage manufacturer, a holistic sales transformation for a leading cosmetics player, the design and global roll-out of a new approach to marketing effectiveness for a leading consumer electronics player, as well as a new global go-to-market stategy for a leading tobacco player. Jens has also recently helped a global personal care manufacturer to review its assortment strategy as well as to enhance its capabilities to serve large retail customers. His work is often part of large-scale sales and marketing transformation programs at his clients.
