About Heang
A native of Cambodia, Heang led McKinsey’s Japan office between 2006 and 2011 and is now overseeing all Consumer Packaged Goods and Retail activities in Asia.
Heang serves top management at multinational companies in several industries including high tech, industrial equipment, consumer goods, and retail. The focus of his work includes growth strategy, globalization, and marketing and sales. He has recently contributed to several operational and organizational transformational efforts as well.
Heang has supported several projects in the food-service sector within the region, including a supply-chain management improvement and refinement of a business-unit strategy. Heang recently assisted the transformation of commercial operations for a European consumer-electronics firm.
