About Andrea
Based in Milan, Andrea serves consumer and retail companies on issues relating to growth strategy, merchandizing, operations, and technology. He primarily serves grocers and luxury/fashion retailers, as well as high-tech companies. He leads our work on technology in consumer industries and our Consumer Packaged Goods Practice in the Mediterranean region.
Leveraging two decades of experience as a counselor to top management teams, Andrea believes in the power of refining and renewing retail formats. He encourages his clients to think broadly and creatively about technology evolution. Andrea's work includes long-term improvement initiatives and change programs, covering commercial transformation, organizational redesign, and supply chain optimization.
Drawing on a background in engineering and computer science, as well as prior experience with Hewlett Packard and Philips, Andrea considers technology a core element of his client service, focusing on how technology can help create compelling commercial offers and competitive advantages. He works mainly in Southern Europe, where he leads our Consumer Packaged Goods Practice.
An engineering graduate of the Politecnico of Milan, Andrea is an adjunct professor at the Institute for Advanced Studies (IMT) in Lucca, Italy, where he offers a course on advanced problem-solving techniques for PhD students.
