About Roberto
Roberto joined McKinsey in 1994 and leads the Business Technology Practice in southern, central, and eastern Europe and the Middle East. He also co-leads our work in Lean IT globally.
He has worked primarily in the financial sector but has supported clients in multiple sectors mainly on operational and organizational issues, with a special focus on how IT can have maximum business impact.
In the financial sector he’s been involved in a number of client projects including the reengineering of underwriting, claims management, and the IT systems for a large Italian insurance company; the development of an integrated client-management system for a large Italian insurance company; and the identification of the post-merger target IT system for a leading banking group and planning for its IT integration.
