Olga leads McKinsey’s Business Technology Practice in Moscow. Olga specializes in serving clients in the telecom and financial services sectors with a strong emphasis on operations and IT.
Her recent client experiences include leading a large program at leading eastern European telecom company to transform its entire operations, defining technology strategy for a large telecom operator, supporting financial institution in improving its profitability, supporting several large organizations in defining their outsourcing strategy for network and IT, defining IT strategy for a leading banking group, driving the IT governance transformation at a large eastern European bank, and designing the target IT architecture for another eastern European telco.
