About Noshir
Noshir is the global leader of McKinsey's Sourcing work, and heads the Business Technology Practice in India. He holds several leadership roles in the firm including being a member of the advisory board of the McKinsey Knowledge Center and was actively involved in the creation of the Indian School of Business, which is a joint initiative between McKinsey, Wharton, London Business School, and Kellogg to build a world-class business school in India.
His client experience includes building and executing an offshore strategy for a large US bank; developing an overall vision and growth strategy for one of India’s largest software services firms; and developing an offshore partnership strategy for one of the largest global software product companies.
He has also driven McKinsey’s 360° initiative—the largest and most comprehensive benchmarking of remote service centers across IT services, business processes, software product development, and engineering and design firms.
