About Michael
Michael leads McKinsey’s European Insurance Operations & Technology Practice and leads McKinsey’s work on Value Assurance globally.
He has supported many clients in assessing and executing support-function transformation strategies and has helped them significantly improve their back-office performance. For a large investment bank, he led the transformation of support functions through lean management, offshoring, automation, reorganization, and change-management approaches. For a leading global transportation player, he led the merger of three IT organizations resulting in an organization of over 8,000 IT specialists.
Michael holds dual Swiss/French nationality.
