About Markus
Markus leads the Business Technology Practice’s global IT performance-management work. He advises clients primarily in the insurance and industrial sectors with a focus on technology-enabled business strategies, IT infrastructure and architecture, and IT performance management. Markus has led transformations for major users and providers of information technology. Recent work includes a cyber-security assessment for a global financial institution, cloud strategy for a transportation and logistics provider, core platform strategy for a global insurance player, and transfroming the IT infrastructure for several major IT users in the financial industry and transportiation.
