About Krish
Krish leads McKinsey's application maintenance and development work in North America, and is a member of the High-Tech and Financial Institution practices.
With 20 years of experience in lean operations, and application and software development, Krish primarily advises clients in high-tech, financial services, and technology. Recent client work includes engagements improving operations for a large European bank, a multiyear transformation program for a large IT services provider, raising software development productivity at a global high-tech company, and building an online banking portal for an SME banking venture in which he acted as CIO.
