About Alena
Alena focuses heavily on enterprise architecture, especially within the European banking industry.
Her recent client work includes a variety of banking and enterprise architecture initiatives. She recently completed an IT post-merger management for a large European bank and the replacement of the core banking system for a Middle East bank. She has also done work for a large European bank assessing sourcing options and created a performance-improvement program for the IT units of a large European insurer.
Alena has a BS in computer science as well as PhD in economics.
