About Daniel
Daniel leads McKinsey’s Americas Aerospace and Defense Practice. He also serves clients in a cluster of related sectors that includes Aerospace and Defense, Advanced Industries such as electronic systems and automation, as well as Enterprise IT Hardware and Software. He has extensive experience in large-scale performance transformation programs involving growth and innovation in defense, operations improvement, marketing- and sales-capability building, and international growth.
Much of Daniel’s recent client service in Aerospace and Defense focused on capturing growth opportunities in adjacent sectors and emerging markets, developing strategies to accelerate value creation, and helping A&D and advanced industry organizations accelerate affordability of programs and products.
Daniel also contributes to McKinsey’s research and knowledge-building efforts, leading a firm initiative that explores how to reignite the competitiveness of the US Defense industry.
