About Daniel
Daniel leads McKinsey’s Americas Advanced Industries sector. He serves clients in a cluster of related sectors that includes Advanced Electronics, Aerospace and Defense, and technology companies such as electronic systems and automation, as well as Enterprise IT Hardware and Software. He has extensive experience in large-scale performance transformation programs involving growth and innovation, operations improvement, marketing or sales-capability building, and international growth.
Much of Daniel’s recent client service in Advanced Technologies focused on developing strategies to accelerate value creation, building new operational capabilities, accelerating international growth, and building new businesses.
Daniel also contributes to McKinsey’s research and knowledge-building efforts, leading a firm initiative that explores how to reignite the competitiveness of the US industrial sector.
