McKinsey’s Advanced Electronics Practice serves clients around the world on top issues that are most critical to them. We focus on a wide range of related sectors including electronic components and assembly; industrial electronics, components and automation; power generation, transmission, distribution and metering; building automation, controls, lighting and HVAC, as well as medical electronics and diagnostic equipment. We also serve major players across the electronics and industrial value chain – from suppliers, OEMs, service providers and end users.
Our expertise
We have deep expertise in nearly every aspect of the sector’s value chain, including product development, design to value and design for manufacturability, strategic sourcing, purchasing, supply chain management, lean manufacturing and maintenance among others.
