Since the office was established only two years ago, it is still small in terms of people and office space, which makes it a very friendly work environment. We hold frequent office dinners, parties, and office lunches—featuring homemade cooking—to help bring us all together. Sofia has a thriving nightlife, so there’s always some place for us to go. Located near the famed “yellow cobbled street,” the office is near some of the country’s most beautiful churches, buildings, and parks.
With the rest of the Eastern Europe office complex, we went most recently on a retreat to Crete in the Mediterranean. The retreat featured activities—water skiing, wine tasting, visiting historical sites, hiking, as well as football, volleyball, and basketball competitions—guest speakers, social activities, and plenty of leisure time in the sun and sand.
