Together with the offices in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Silicon Valley, the Orange County location is part of McKinsey’s West Coast office complex. Most of the social events happen with our colleagues in the Los Angeles office, including the Beacher where we enjoy barbecue and volleyball on the beach.
Disneyland Day and our most recent retreat to Lake Las Vegas were events that focused on bringing our families and colleagues together for some fun and relaxation.
The location in Orange County is also the site of one of McKinsey’s three manufacturing centers where we explore and experiment with innovation in product system design (with a focus in manufacturing, service, and process industries), and purchasing and supply management. The mission of these centers is to train the next generation of world-class operations consultants.
