Together with the offices in Orange County, San Francisco, and Silicon Valley, the Los Angeles location is part of McKinsey’s West Coast office complex. The office in L.A. takes advantage of the sun and beaches with activities such as the Beacher, where colleagues, friends, and family enjoy a barbecue and play volleyball.
Family-friendly events also include Disneyland Day, which combines a Town Hall meeting for colleagues in the office with a trip for the family to Disneyland. The most recent event for the West Coast office complex was a trip to Lake Las Vegas where entire families came together for a little fun and relaxation. With local mountains providing great hiking, the vibrant city offers some of the best dining and entertainment in the world as befits the city’s entertainment roots.
