The London office is one of the largest offices in McKinsey. Situated steps away from Piccadilly Circus, the London office is near great pubs, restaurants, and clubs where you can find our consultants when they grab some time together away from work.
The office has also taken the lead in creating a comprehensive array of flexible working models to support women and help consultants better manage their lifestyles. We pride ourselves on the diversity of the people in our office with people from more than 40 different nationalities working here.
A group called Coast helps our consultants take advantage of the city by securing tickets to sold-out events—from plays and sports events to concerts—at subsidized rates. The community of consultants also bonds around a wide array of office-supported interest groups that range from rugby to knitting. The London office also has an annual challenge, which included recently putting on a play for the rest of the office. This year the office is doing an “extreme makeover” of a few selected local schools.
